HOW IT WORKS
Drop-off Procedure
Contact Us:
Please call us at 07852 445 699 when you are 30 minutes away from the terminal and follow the directions to your specified terminal. Note that directions to each terminal may change during certain periods, so please confirm with the controller.
Terminal 2 Departure Instructions:
- Postcode: TW6 1EW
- Enter the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
- Exiting the tunnel, keep right, pass the Central Bus Station, and join the final approach to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
- Keep right as the road moves away from the building, then turns back and ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
- On the rising ramp, continue to keep right and follow the ramp directly into the “Short Stay Car Park” entry barriers.
- Take a barrier ticket and enter the car park.
- On Level 4, keep right and follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet. Park your vehicle in “Row B.”
Terminal 3 Departure Instructions:
- Postcode: TW6 3QG
- Enter the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
- Exiting the tunnel, stay in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Passenger drop-off area at Departures.
- Park your car in the lane furthest from the terminal building, where you will be met by a chauffeur.
- Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Level 3.
- Park your vehicle in “Row A.”
Terminal 4 Departure Instructions:
- Postcode: TW6 3XA
- Upon entering Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off.
- As you approach Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left-hand lane and enter Lane 3, the lane furthest from the terminal.
- Continue down the lane and pull over at the end to the drop-off point.
Terminal 5 Departure Instructions:
- Postcode: TW6 2GA
- Follow the signs for “Short Stay Car Park” on the right-hand side of the ramp as you exit for the Terminal 5 roundabout.
- After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, stay in the left-hand lane marked “LEVEL 4.”
- This lane will take you straight to a set of barriers.
- Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Zones R-S.
- Park your vehicle in these designated areas marked as Off Airport Meet & Greet.
